How Are We Different?

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how is it different?


Fewer patients

Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 1,000 patients total. That means that your provider spends more time with you when you need him/ her. Plus, when he/she is not actively seeing a patient, he/she is able to help coordinate your care and research your treatments.


No insurance? Can I still receive treatment?

We do not take health insurance, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and covers excellent treatment. Give it a try, and you’ll quickly see for yourself the value of this approach!

Forget scheduling appointments weeks in advance. Typically, you'll get a next-day appointment - and it'll be free. There is no booking fee for a same day or next day appointment. *After 20 visits per year, there is a $25 copay.

Membership fees

Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.

Membership fees are charged per calendar month, which starts on the day you sign. A typical healthcare appointment costs about $150 per visit so you actually pay less and get more with your Columbus Convenient Care membership (as low as $75 monthly for as many visits as needed*).

Additional charges may apply for vaccinations, splinting supplies, bandages, nebulizer treatments, additional on-site & off-site laboratory testing and specimen analysis, and imaging studies, or other necessary tests or supplies as deemed necessary between the provider and the patient. All fees will be discussed prior to administration of treatment with full consent of the patient or an appropriate representative.
