Membership Fees

Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.

Membership fees are charged per calendar month, which starts on the day you sign. A typical healthcare appointment costs about $150 per visit so you actually pay less and get more with your Columbus Convenient Care membership (as low as $75 monthly for as many visits as needed*).

If you are interested in offering a tangible benefit to your employees, then consider giving them a DPC membership! A discount will be given when you enroll at least 5 employees. Watch this video to learn more:

Go to our per-visit and membership services page and schedule an appointment.

Please call or text us at 877-318-0934 for any billing questions.

*After 15 visits in a year a $30 per visit fee is charged. There is a $15 fee for late or missed payment. A reenrollment fee of $200 is charged if a member(s) fails to pay membership for 2 (two) consecutive months.
