Membership fees are charged per calendar month, which starts on the day you sign. A typical healthcare appointment costs about $150 per visit so you actually pay less and get more with your Columbus Convenient Care membership (as low as $75 monthly for as many visits as needed*).

*After 15 visits in a year a $30 per visit fee is charged. There is a $15 fee for late or missed payment. A reenrollment fee of $200 is charged if a member(s) fails to pay membership for 2 (two) consecutive months.
